1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products sold on Relena Digital® are digital goods (licenses, activation keys, account access, or digital services). No physical items are shipped.

2. No Returns After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital item has been delivered or access has been granted. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
  • The product delivered is invalid or unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product made by mistake (must be reported immediately).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Incompatibility with your device or software.
  • Failure to read the product description or requirements.
  • Account suspension or access loss due to customer actions or violation of third-party terms.
  • Delays caused by the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Activation & Access Responsibility

Some products require the customer to:

  • Provide a valid email address.
  • Follow activation instructions carefully.

Failure to follow instructions does not qualify for a refund.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
